Wishing Everyone a Happy Thanksgiving

I don’t know how I let this happen to me each and every year but I’m finding it hard to believe that in a few short days the holiday season will official be here. It seems like just last week it was sunny and warm (my recent vacation isn't helping me with this) and yet evidence is all around. The leaves turning beautiful hues of orange and red and falling to the ground and coupled with the copious amounts of wind and rain would indicate otherwise. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because we are reminded to focus on the things that we are thankful for, well that and turkey, but mostly being thankful.

One of the best parts of my job as a Marketing Manager is I have the privilege of hearing from our clients. Hold the turkey, Thanksgiving is only a few days away, where has this year gone? I can hardly believe that the holiday season is already upon us; doesn’t it seem like it should still be summer? Perhaps that is a little bit of wishful thinking on my part since the summer in the Northwest this year was pretty short-lived, but nonetheless, the holidays are here.

We’ve all heard the question, if you could have lunch with anyone who would it be? I started thinking about this in the context of the real estate industry, and if I could choose anyone to have lunch with, who would it be and why? As a marketing manager for Real Pro Systems, I have had the opportunity to meet a lot of people, but have only had the pleasure of sharing a meal with a pretty small number of folks. So I decided to start a list of people I’d like to break bread with.
